We have an extensive real estate closing practice and have closed thousands commercial and residential real estate transactions. From small private loans to multi-million dollar transactions, we have the experience, expertise, know-how and dedication to service to make your closing a smooth, pleasant, efficient experience.

Real Estate Investors: 

Over the years we have assisted real estate investors in purchasing investment properties and in counseled them with respect to such purchases. 

We speak and teach regularly at investor seminar meetings, real estate brokerages and mortgage lending offices.

Title Examination and Insurance Services: 

We review title examinations, prepare title opinions, issue both lender’s and owner’s policies of title insurance.

REO Sales and Financing: 

We regularly work with lenders providing closing services for their REO properties. In cases where we do not conduct the actual REO sale, our clients often use us to perform independent title searches, review their contracts and closing statements, complete their financing transactions, and work with the REO lenders’ attorneys to complete the sale.
